Mary Guilfoyle has been practicing labor and employment law exclusively for over 25 years, handling employment litigation matters in both federal and state court involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and breach of contract. Ms. Guilfoyle has extensive jury trial, arbitration and mediation experience, as well as experience appearing in administrative proceedings before the California State Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Guilfoyle’s past experience includes representing local, regional and national Fortune 500 companies in both litigation and providing advice and counsel on all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour laws, sexual harassment policies and investigations, employee discipline and termination, the Family and Medical Leave and the American’s with Disabilities Act. Ms. Guilfoyle also has significant experience providing employee and management training to companies of all sizes.
